can suit any consumer’s needs. The nets are affordable, durable, and most importantly, effective at reducing mosquito
bites and insect-borne illnesses.

Manufacturing Process & Capacity
- The manufacturing process for the mosquito nets begins with HDPE granules as the raw material input and goes up to final
product with packaging. - The entire manufacturing process occurs in-house at our main production facility which covers 30,000 square feet of area.
- We currently have the capacity to produce 10,000 mosquito nets per day across two production lines staffed by 300
employees. - With some advance notice, we can bring additional molding machines on ground and add extra staff to increase hours
- Daily production capacity to 20,000 nets or more in order to meet larger orders and ensure smoother operation.
- Our in-house production and packaging gives us end-to-end control over quality and enables quick turnaround times.
- To accomplish effective quality assurance, we at OM Life Care, utilize in-house testing teams. The groups of technicians and specialists dedicated solely to evaluating products at various stages.

- The process involves physical inspections, chemical analyses, mechanical tests, and other related testing.
